WAGS app is free to use worldwide. Users are not to interfere with our Services or try to access them using methods other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permissions from its owner. You are not to remove or use any branding or logos in our Services. Do not remove, obscure or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
WAGS does not claim the ownership of any data or submission generated by you. By using WAGS to gather tree data, you grant WAGS and its service providers a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, create derivatives from, display, distribute your data submissions to project owners, researchers, or the public who might be interested in your data. When your submission is selected by project owners or researchers or any other relevant parties for use, you will be issued a proof of work and rewarded with contribution tokens of the corresponding projects, and any subsequent revenue earned by this project will be shared with you through the contribution tokens.
Except with respect to your content, you may not: use, capture, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivatives works from, publicly perform or display, distribute, make, assign, pledge, transfer any other data or services. You also may not: reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or translate, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, architectural framework or data records of any software within or associated with the services, frame or utilize any framing technique to enclose any content, access the Services for the purpose of developing, marketing, selling or distributing any produce or service that competes with or includes features substantially similar to the service or any product or Services offered by WAGS. You may not: rent, lease, lend or sell, or sublicense or otherwise provide access to the Services as part of the service bureau or similar fee-for-service purposes.
WAGS shall collect your data (especially personal data) in order to confirm the integrity of your submissions. Unless permitted by applicable laws, we will not collect, use or disclose your personal data without your/your authorized representative’s voluntary consent in writing or via features of Online Channels that we set up. We will limit our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data to what is adequate and relevant to the purposes for which they are needed, stated in this Privacy Policy and to which you/your authorized representative have/has consented.

Please note that all information you submitted will be visible to project owners only if you choose to join a project. Project owners make reports based on the data you submitted, and hence project owners are responsible for verifying the integrity of your submissions. Metadata we collect from your devices such as location, user information is used for the sole purpose of assisting project owners that your submission is trustworthy and high quality.
WAGS accesses your local storage to store your data in offline mode, ensuring that your data is not lost. WAGS also collects logs in order to troubleshoot our Services provided to you.
The types of personal data we may obtain include:
Contact information (such as name, phone and fax number, email and postal address) for you or for others.
Information used to create your online account (such as username, password and security question and answer)
Biographical and demographic information (such as date of birth, age, gender, job title/position, marital status and dependent, spousal and other family information)
